You guys are awesome and I like how you incorporate user feedback in your updates. The only thing left is the option of absolute privacy (not being forced to see comments, or participate in common habits) and the option of custom goal interval (daily, every two days, weekly, monthly, etc.). Thank you again for your dedication.
This app has helped me so much on my journey to live a healthier life. Would recommend to anyone who needs reminders and encouragement to build better habits.

Definitely a useful app! You dont need to use the social aspects of this app to gain benefits in your daily life. Getting props, comments/answers does help in more ways than one, though! I look forward to coaches, accountability buddies, and continuing to progress, fulfilling my purpose(s)/destiny!

I really appreciate how dedicated the Lift developers are to updating this app not just from a technical standpoint but also from theory to help us achieve and continue on the goals we have set. The app is extremely polished and easy to use. Love the new ability to add per week goals.
I love how quickly Lift is progressing, and I love the new features. They are keeping the core functionality of the app while smoothly integrating new features - Facebook app could stand to learn from Lift!

I really enjoyed this app while I used it. I liked the emails of encouraging quotes after fulfilling a habit, I liked getting a high five after 5 days in a row. It looks great. There were some things I didnt like about answering questions from other users and things which could be better. My biggest problem came after having gone on vacations and having no internet, when I was unable to log habits that I continued, as Lift wont update anything more than seven days old. I have sent so, so many requests for this feature, over and over. I am so disappointed in not being able to log habits without this feature. I use the Dont Break the Chain app but here I liked the encouragements and most importantly being able to log how many words I wrote in completing the habit. This app could be so much better if only the app developers focused less on coaching and more about simple requests like mine. I dont understand how I, and others, can send the same request dozens of times over and just be ignored.
I cannot connect to the app. Kind of frustrating because I was looking forward to using it.
I love the speed and ferociousness that theyre attacking through the app and making peoples lives better one data point at a time. Keep it up guys!

As a social worker this hits just the right spot using technology to achieve success. We all have our personal goals and this app provides an easy way for those looking for reward to achieve it at their pace!
If you are out to change a habit, this app is so incredibly powerful. Having a daily check-in with a community of like-minded people has really helped me a lot with some habits that I have struggled with in the past, such as waking up at 6am, setting priorities for the day and getting regular exercise. Even if you fall off the wagon for a while with your habits, the data on how well you are doing overall is so useful. I have often felt really down when I have failed to commit to a daily habit, but Lift (now Coach.me) can ease that if it is easy to see that you are actually improving week to week, despite some difficulties. So, so excellent. Go get it.
I have used this App for a number of years now and I really enjoy it. You select your goals/habits you would like or make your own and then however often you like you check that goal(s) off. Other users give you props for completing it, the App has daily quotes for inspiration and you can hire a coach for even more accountability. I love the positive nature of the organization behind it and the community.
