AWESOME APP!

This app changed my life! I couldnt keep up a workout habit until I found Coach.me and a community of people who were working towards the same goal. Now that Ive turned working out from something I dreamed of into a full blown habit, Im using the app to focus on improving my life in other ways, including at work. Thank you coach.me for all of your help!

Good Luck Canceling Your Membership!

$65 is a lot of money for me to pay for a couple of random check ins a week from a coach . The check ins were fine, no more, no less. After trying it for a few weeks I decided I that $65 a month was a lot to pay for what I was receiving . I emailed the founder, Tony, many times asking him to please cancel my subscription . He never responded to my email, just kept sending me more junk email. I ended up having to cancel my debit card to ensure that my subscription was canceled. Not worth the money, most definitely not worth the hassle.

Decent but

The app works great, but I dont find the little high fives motivating enough. I need a better "reward".

Benefits my life daily!

I have overcome some annoying habits with the use of this app. Its nice when you find others on the app that are supportive of each others success. The app keeps me accountable and keeps my goals organized. I can hide the ones I dont plan on doing for the day (such as weekly goals), & I love the organization of seeing how many days of the month(s) I have reached my goal. I also love the notes application, & to be able to see past notes I have written. This helps a lot with fitness & nutrition goals. Ive never used a coach through the app...but theyre not needed for everyone. They still offer good advice to questions that you can post. No harm in giving this app a try! It could change your life as it does mine! :)

This one can.

Almost perfect

Great app for tracking habits. Very easy to use and has a super satisfying "check off" animation. Only thing thats missing is a "vacation" mode. I use coach.me to track streaks of habit completions so its a bit sad to have those streaks broken when Im on vacation and dont need to complete my work habits.

Great update once again by the coach.me team. They keep on listening to their users. Even the smaller 1/3 of us. The CEO (most likely his PR buddy) left a nice personal note on why the team updated the start day of the week to be a customizable option. He also reminisced about the earlier prototype days of coach.me (formerly Lift) on why the team opted for the default Sunday start day. Great team and great app.

Life changing

Ive been using Coach.me every day for years and I must say, this is the only app that has actually significantly improved my life. I love the habit tracking, and the ease of supporting my friends and celebrating their wins. I couldnt be happier with Coach.me.

My Conscience

This app is the angel on my left shoulder that helps me defeat the devil on my right shoulder. I set my goals (productivity, creativity, health) and this app helps me achieve them. The developers are thoughtful in continuing to make this app better and better. So happy the I can start the week on Monday with this newest update! Thank you!!

Cant live without this app!

This app has become a major part of my daily life while at the same time remaining a nearly invisible force in motivating and driving me to incrementally improve many areas of my actual non-digital life, leading to surprisingly big changes over time! Love the Lift team and approach, thanks and keep up the amazing work!

Small but essential

This app is as simple as it gets but I use it every day to keep me motivated with difficult goals. Sure, I could just use a calendar to mark my progress but the app also provides simple stats that would be harder to see with just a calendar.

Bug when Adding notes to off-line check ins

I use this app daily, but often when Im offline. Currently there are several bugs in the offline features. Specifically: when you add a note offline, that note automatically appears for all the goals you are trying to add notes for. So basically, you can only add one note to one goal offline. Additionally, you cant cancel a checkin when offline.

Best goal-tracking, nay, LIFE app ever!

Lift is just perfect for tracking those things you always know you should be doing (take your vitamin, floss every night, exercise, etc) and makes you want to turn them into a habit. A beautiful interface, great community, and a ton of habits to choose from - many with helpful guidance and programs to teach you about something you might not have known very much about (like how to do a proper squat!) Updated May 2014: I have started the beginner yoga coaching sequence and it is AWESOME! The new guided programs are really great!

Good app!

Reminds you to get things done in an innovative, social experience. Now, whether or not you listen to the Coach.me notifications is up to you.

Changed my Life!

I am on my way to developing and tracking new habits thanks to this app. There are no gimmicks and the supportive network has truly inspired me to keep going!

Great application!! Love it!

Ive been using Coach.me(formerly Lift) since November 2012 and it has made a profound impact on my life. I can honestly say that Coach.me is one of my top applications I use on a daily basis. The design looks great especially after iOS7 came out. Its very easy to navigate and understand. Coach.me helped me quit alcohol, stop smoking cigarettes, stop using Facebook, and get into a meditation habit. It did these things by allowing me to look at these habits and stop them one day at a time. Without Coach.me I doubt I would have been nearly as successful. If your looking to change your life in a positive way, lift is the place to go.

Fantastic app!!

Ive been the type of person that had goals but had trouble following through on them. Since downloading this app in October 2015, Ive been meticulously tracking my goals such as working out and meditating, and its been amazing to check-in for my goals and see a rich history. For instance, Ive gone to the gym 57 times at 5 am since downloading the app and Ive broken my personal rowing record on 5 different occasions, thanks to the notes I left after record setting visits. Ive also given up alcohol for an entire month due to Coach.Mes random coaching challenges. All in all fantastic experience with a great community! Keep it up!!

My favorite app!

Improving your life is about changing habits and goals, and this app understands that. Just make sure you start small – only a couple habits at a time before adding more.

still cool but

I miss lift, the branding and the icon. it made me feel like "ahh" when I opened it. coach.me sounds condescending and makes me not want to click on it because it feels like a chore, whereas "lift" made me want to open it when I was feeling like I could use a little lift
