Can I give this 6 stars?
If you are out to change a habit, this app is so incredibly powerful. Having a daily check-in with a community of like-minded people has really helped me a lot with some habits that I have struggled with in the past, such as waking up at 6am, setting priorities for the day and getting regular exercise. Even if you fall off the wagon for a while with your habits, the data on how well you are doing overall is so useful. I have often felt really down when I have failed to commit to a daily habit, but Lift (now Coach.me) can ease that if it is easy to see that you are actually improving week to week, despite some difficulties.
So, so excellent. Go get it.
