Ive used the habit tracking part of this app to develop the habit of making the bed, personal coaching to develop a writing habit, and the VIP Program to declutter my house. Thats truly life changing.

I have been able to get over a bad habit with this app. I think it depends on the goal and the people on the goal you are on. Some of them I have joined were not that useful because the people did not interact, but my top one has a wonderful community of people whom I feel like I personally know. I have had no problems with the app!
Ive been using Coach.me every day for years and I must say, this is the only app that has actually significantly improved my life. I love the habit tracking, and the ease of supporting my friends and celebrating their wins. Im grateful to end my day by reflecting on whats important to me.
This app is fantastic for tracking daily habits, but it gets even better with coaching. You can hire an individual coach for any goal, or you can join the VIP program and work through self-improvement modules coached by the company founder and CEO. When I have to check in with a coach, it makes me so much more likely to actually do what I plan to do. You can use it as a habit tracker, but it really rocks as a habit changer with guidance from coaches or the community at large.
Coach.me has earned a permanent spot on my home screen. I started with the intent of tracking my running habit and four years later Im tracking a series of daily habits that have changed my life, with support from experienced coaches when I need the extra push. I cant recommend this service enough!
I love this app for tracking goals I want to become habits, whether its "get kids to bed by 8" or "practice Spanish." Looking back at the calendar helps: the most check ins for "get kids to bed by 8" were on Tuesdays, so I examined Tues and built on those successes. In my 310 day streak in "stretch," there were definitely days I stretched solely to make that green checkmark! Its amazing what can be accomplished one day at a time!
Simple, Easy, Effective. It feels great to check off the habits each days, and is great to build new habits, as well as maintain existing ones as well.
Coach.me is great! Ive used it for years to track my progress over time by focusing on simple daily habits with optional coaching support if you need it.
The Coach.me app has helped me to accomplish goals both big and small since Ive been using it. I give a lot of credit to the developers; they really know the science behind hacking our lives, and have put a great structure in place to help assist anyone who is intereested in taking the first small steps in the right direction! Well done, and thanks!
I just love this app! Not only can I track my progress on daily (or monthly or yearly) goals, but I can get feedback from the community. It gets even better by working with an accountability coach within the app - having someone to check in with, get advice and guidance from, and keep me on track is absolutely priceless. Ive not found another app out there that does all this from such a user-friendly interface. Fantastic!
Coach.me is one of the few apps that has lived on my phone for 2+ years, with daily use. For me, it fills the need to stay mindful about what Im trying to work on, and gives me a boost when I need it (through "props" and Q&A.) These features are surprisingly powerful. Its also a place to experiment with new areas of improvement, see which stick, and track progress. Its kind of nice to be able to browse the list of goals that others are working on, though that feature hasnt seen much change in the pass year or so. The coaching aspect has never really made sense to me, largely because I dont feel like trying to explain myself to someone else. In the one coaching experience I did have, the coach was projecting their thoughts about what I should be aiming for onto me, and I felt myself being demotivated by it. Granted that was a single experience with a single coach. Im sure it works for others, and when it does I suspect its a powerful experience for them. If i could only have 1 page of apps installed, this would surely be one of them. Thats about as strong of a recommendation as I can make :)
Ive been using Coach.me for just over three years -- its provided crucial support in establishing habits Id struggled to get into, and thats led to some profoundly meaningful accomplishments. For me, the biggest things has been that its been a tremendous support in becoming a fiction writer. Three years ago, I started a daily, tracked habit in Coach.me (then Lift), of doing a small bit of writing, every day. Ive kept that streak going, now over 1000 days -- and that visible streak provides a great deal of motivation to keep going (my wife is also a Coach.me user, so I know if I ever miss a day, shell see immediately). In those three years Ive written and revised a full-length novel, and now written half of another. Thats far more work than I got done in the ten years previously. And Ive managed to find that time while working full-time and raising three kids -- for me. Coach.me hit at just the right time. I really deeply wanted to find the time to write, and it provided just the right extra bit of accountability. The simplicity has been just right, for me.
Ive been a coach.me user for years now. I only use it to track one habit (doing 5-10 min of abs each day) and it has been a major helping me do something I assumed I didnt have time for. Just simply seeing my "streak" of 1176 days is motivating me to keep going. Its changed my body and how I look at achieving goals--small steps each day add up over a period of time.
Not sure what happened but cannot login through FB anymore. This is a great app and would like to make sure it stays usable!
As an app it spams your inbox and makes it unnecessarily difficult to unsubscribe. The reminders are too much and take some work to turn off. I had this app in the past and now remember why I deleted it... due to it relentlessly distracting you.
I dont normally write reviews, but thanks to this app, Ive started meditating (something I had been meaning to do for years), dramatically increased my fitness, and started a daily gratitude habit. Its easy to use and get started but the best is that its kept me motivated over the long term; Ive been using it since 2013 and its astonishing to see the changes in my life. By the way, I dont use the coaching function, just the habit tracker which is fantastic. Everyone is talking about habits as the key to change. This app makes it easy to do.
I think it was Tim Ferriss who once said, "if you dont track it, you wont achieve it," although he might have phrased it more strongly by saying something like, "track or die." Either way, when I got motivated to start measuring my progress and I was searching for the best way to track my positive habits, I found the Coach.me app in addition to an encouraging community here and it felt like an answer to my prayers. I now wholeheartedly recommend this service to my coaching clients and my greatest joy in life is seeing them achieve their bucket-list dreams because of how they stick with their daily practices. This has been my experience as well (for example, one of my favorite habits is to practice being grateful more than 100 times a day), and I can honestly say that this app has profoundly and permanently changed my life along with the lives of the people that I love.
Ive been using Coach.me (and its predecessor Lift.do) for years. Its the most-used app on my phone. I seriously dont know how I would get through my day without it. It keeps me accountable for all habits Im trying to create and keep up with and helps me reach my longterm goals. There isnt a better habit tracking app out there. If youre looking to create or improve upon daily or weekly habits, you need this app. Tony & his team have created something wonderful.
The app is quite awesome ! It lets you keep track of your good habits and it has some social aspects added to it. Since Ive began using it, Ive stopped drinking sodas, I read more everyday and exercise more ! How great is that ?
Easily track your habits to reach your goals! Sharing them will help you get some support. Lift is a new brick in the self-tracking era!
