Being consistent is better than trying to be perfect
I think it was Tim Ferriss who once said, "if you dont track it, you wont achieve it," although he might have phrased it more strongly by saying something like, "track or die."
Either way, when I got motivated to start measuring my progress and I was searching for the best way to track my positive habits, I found the Coach.me app in addition to an encouraging community here and it felt like an answer to my prayers.
I now wholeheartedly recommend this service to my coaching clients and my greatest joy in life is seeing them achieve their bucket-list dreams because of how they stick with their daily practices.
This has been my experience as well (for example, one of my favorite habits is to practice being grateful more than 100 times a day), and I can honestly say that this app has profoundly and permanently changed my life along with the lives of the people that I love.
