I have overcome some annoying habits with the use of this app. Its nice when you find others on the app that are supportive of each others success. The app keeps me accountable and keeps my goals organized. I can hide the ones I dont plan on doing for the day (such as weekly goals), & I love the organization of seeing how many days of the month(s) I have reached my goal. I also love the notes application, & to be able to see past notes I have written. This helps a lot with fitness & nutrition goals. Ive never used a coach through the app...but theyre not needed for everyone. They still offer good advice to questions that you can post. No harm in giving this app a try! It could change your life as it does mine! :)
