Lift is just perfect for tracking those things you always know you should be doing (take your vitamin, floss every night, exercise, etc) and makes you want to turn them into a habit. A beautiful interface, great community, and a ton of habits to choose from - many with helpful guidance and programs to teach you about something you might not have known very much about (like how to do a proper squat!)
Updated May 2014: I have started the beginner yoga coaching sequence and it is AWESOME! The new guided programs are really great!
