I love this app for tracking goals I want to become habits, whether its "get kids to bed by 8" or "practice Spanish."
Looking back at the calendar helps: the most check ins for "get kids to bed by 8" were on Tuesdays, so I examined Tues and built on those successes.
In my 310 day streak in "stretch," there were definitely days I stretched solely to make that green checkmark!
Its amazing what can be accomplished one day at a time!
