Even though I so not use personal Coaching (a little bit too expensive for me atm) I regularily use the app to build up good habits (like meditate more often) and at least try to extinguish bad habits (like drink alcohol too often). For this, it helps a lot to set up reminders, evaluate your achievements so far and take part in discussions.
